NANA ASAMOAH BOADU

Nana is a board member and happens to be the sole shareholder of Kinder Bubble International School and CEO of NASBOD Enterprises. He attended Opoku Ware Secondary School and later UNILAG where he studied and obtained a degree in Finance. He was the former senior retail manager at Barclays Bank now ABSA for two decades. He then resigned as Bank Manager of Barclays Bank (Tema branch) in 2002.

He helped establish and joined Ghana Link Network Services as the General Manager in 2003 and later became the Director of the company. Ghana Link, now known as ICUMS has hitherto been responsible for the revaluation and reclassification of goods imported into the country and consequently the duty payable on such imports.

He has received many awards both in business and for his many humanitarian works and is one of the most distinguished members of the Church of Pentecost and Ghana Link Network Services.
He is also an astute businessman who serves as the CEO of NASBOD ENTERPRISE for many businesses. Under NASBOD ENTERPRISE, he holds the sole franchise for the distribution of MASHARITA TOFFEES in collaboration with Hsu Fu Chi, a Chinese Company recently acquired by the Nestlé Group.

Under MEDISEARCH DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, he offers laboratory services to the general public.
He is also the sole owner of NASBOD Farms. They raise Layers and Broilers and distribute eggs and chicken nationwide in commercial quantities.
He is a devout Christian and has been a church elder of the Church of Pentecost for almost thirty years and has overseen many projects with the church in Accra and many other areas.

Dr. ERNEST OFORI SARPONG

Ernest is an astute businessman with many years of experience. A product of Presbyterian Boys Secondary School (Presec), he has an amazing business career in the small and medium enterprise industry, is an industrialist and holds an MSc in Finance and Investment Management from Salford University Manchester in the United Kingdom.

He set up SPECIAL INVESTMENTS LTD which is a real estate and construction business and can boast of a significant number of estate houses and apartments in very strategic areas of the city and numerous office complexes and shops. In 2011, he solely founded and set up the mineral water company, SPECIAL ICE LTD.
He also founded SPECIAL HOMES LTD a real estate company.

He co-founded with a close friend;
• BEST POINT SAVINGS AND LOANS CO. LTD which is already a highly recognized financial institution in Ghana,
• BEST ASSURANCE LTD, which is a renowned insurance company.
• U2 SALT LTD – a 600-acre salt mining company and a refinery at Winneba in the Central Region.
• UNITED TELEVISION (UTV Ltd), which is currently the leading TV station in the country.

The Peristrofi World Honorary International Award Conference bestowed on him an Honorary Ambassador of Business Entrepreneurs in West Africa. He has been conferred with a Doctorate Degree of Philosophy in Law from Barkley University for his contribution to the socio-economic development of Ghana. He has been decorated with the Highest Distinction of Global Dignity Awards for Service to Humanity at the United Nations, New York with the Proclamation by the Senate of New York.

He has received lots of recognition and awards locally and internationally and has attended various local and international conferences, seminars and business workshops among others.

He has been appointed to the Board of the National COVID Trust Fund of Ghana by the President of Ghana.

Prof. JOSEPH OSAFO 

Joseph is a Professor of Clinical/Health Psychology (with a special interest in suicide research and prevention); and is currently, the Head of the Department of Psychology, at the University of Ghana. He has a PhD in Health Sciences, an M.Phil. in Psychology (Clinical Psychology), and a Master of Arts in Theology and Missions. He is engaged in cutting-edge research and has over 80 publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. His research areas include suicidality, child and maternal health, child development and mental health, adolescent sexuality, divorce, and all related issues on mental health. He is the Executive Director of the Centre for Suicide and Violence Research- Ghana (CSVR), a suicide prevention, and a leading member advocating for decriminalising attempted suicide and developing a national suicide response strategy in the country. He is a consultant to several schools on psychosocial issues affecting learning, child development and school performance.
Prof Joseph Osafo is an ordained minister in the Church of Pentecost and has served also as the head of the Counselling Ministry of the church. He has preached since 1990 and his area of ministry focuses on restoration and healing, revival and power-evangelism. He is an avid consultant on a host of issues in the media and believes that as the light and salt of the earth, the believer must excel in every area of life and such excellence must shape human life, experience and nation-building. Prof Joseph Osafo is married to Mrs Mavis Osafo Adu and is blessed with four biological and five adopted children.

Rev. ALEXANDER ASIRIFI

 

Alex is an ordained minister of the gospel – his credentials are from Rhema Ministerial Association International, USA. He is married to Rev. Denise Michele Asirifi with 2 children. He and his family relocated from the United States to Ghana in 2013 to pursue the work of God.
He completed Kenneth Hagin Rhema bible training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma – United States with a diploma in ministry and pastoral studies.
He also has a degree in business administration- BSC( Majored in FINANCE), from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, USA.
He is currently the National Director of Kenneth Hagin Rhema Bible Training College in Ghana( Aka, RHEMA GHANA). He is also the lead pastor of a local church( Harvest Family church) in Ghana.

Ms. YVONNE ASAMOAH BOADU

Ms. Yvonne is a product of St. Louis Senior High School.
She achieved further academic laurels in the hospitality and travel/ticketing field where she excelled in her IATA courses and also had a brief stint at the Ghana Institute of Languages.
She has worked with Astraeus Airlines, and Brittania Airlines in London and Accra as a ticketing & reservations clerk and also worked at the World Travel Market in Docklands (East London).
She later attended GIMPA and got a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. She later worked at Golden Tulip and Mensvick Hotel respectively.
She is currently the Administrative Manager of Kinder Bubble International School and serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors for the school.
